Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
The defect must not be due to misuse, accidental damage, or wear and tear.

Provide your order number, a description of the defect, and clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Once the defect is verified, we will offer one of the following options:
A full refund to your original payment method
A replacement product at no additional cost
Store credit (if preferred)
Return delivery fee for defective items will be covered by us.
